NOMINATION FORM

Please read the instructions carefully before filling the form:
  • Separate nominations to be submitted for multiple projects
  • Video attachments to be submitted in URL format (Make sure it is an accessible, non-restricted link. Do not share WeTransfer links)
  • All documents (internal reports, documentation or guidance, etc) to be submitted in .pdf format

  • Award Nominations will be considered from Indian region only
  • Irrespective of the product/project language, all submission and project information must be in English language
Jury of Awards:
  • Each award category will be judged by our panel of jury. The panel comprises eminent experts from the private and public sectors, industries and the academia who are selected based on their overall insight on the subjects and domain.
  • The decision of the Jury is final and binding.
  • Jury holds the right to contact any eligible nominee for their doubt/queries regarding the project.
  • The Jury panel reserves the right to declare ‘Not eligible’ if a nomination does not meet the standards.
  • The results will be announced during the Awards function in August 2024.
Other Terms & Conditions:
  • Any false information submitted about the initiative will immediately lead to permanent disqualification of the Nominee.
  • Any nomination form received after the last date of registration will not be entertained.
  • Incomplete / not filled registration form will be rejected.
  • The entry will not be considered if any nominee fails to submit the entire details of the nomination forms till the last date of Nomination.
  • All the materials received [PPTs, Videos, Screenshots, Photos etc.] during the nomination will become FICCI property and can be used by FICCI Secretariat to produce any document or compendium of best practices in road safety for wider circulation.

Road safety initiative/intervention by logistics/private transport providers Educating and protecting drivers, focus on passenger and cargo safety, adhering to strict safety protocols, investing in advanced technologies, preventive maintenance of fleet, identifying and mitigating road safety risks and any other programmes / projects relevant to road safety.
Road Safety Initiative/Intervention by Infra/Road Companies Focus on Incorporation of safe systems approach during design and construction stages of road network, construction zone safety, road network maintenance strategies, blackspot identification and rectification measures, improvement of junctions / dangerous road sections, road safety audits and ratings and any other programmes / projects relevant to road safety.
State Government Road Safety initiative/intervention – State Government / Road Safety Authority / Road Safety Lead Agency of the state who are constantly committed to reduce road crashes in their state by preparation and execution of road safety action plans, building safer roads, institutional strengthening, improved enforcement, framing effective road safety rules, statutory framework and any other programmes / projects relevant to road safety. Road safety interventions (small term / long term) by District Road Safety Committee (DRSC) implemented at district level which has improved road safety standards in the district level and any other programmes / projects relevant to road safety.
Road Safety Initiatives / Interventions by Automobile Companies Automobile organizations committed to making vehicles safer on the road by improving vehicle designs, material improvement, leveraging smart technologies such as ADAS etc.,
Road safety initiative/intervention by STUs/Councils/Associations/Govt. & Allied bodies (NGOs) STUs/ Councils/ Associations/ Govt. & Allied bodies (NGOs) making a positive impact on society by their outstanding road safety interventions / initiatives.
