DELEGATION FEES
  • Rs 125000/- + 18% taxes (FICCI Member)
  • Rs 125000/- + 18% taxes (Non-Member)
  • Participation confirmation is subject to 100% payment credited to FICCI’s account
  • Confirmation of participation is subject to receipt of appropriate payment and internal verification
  • The fee includes cost of arrangement of business meetings.
TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

Participation: The Organizers reserve the right to refuse participation to any reason. Organizers will make confirmation of participation on receipt of Application Form duly signed, along with complete payment.
Withdrawal from Participation: Following withdrawal from Participation or in case of visa rejection, any payment made by the delegate shall NOT be forfeited.
Change of Venue, Dates etc: The Organizers reserve the right to change the venue / dates of duration of the delegation, if exceptional circumstances so demand. In such an event, the obligation of delegates to participate shall remain in force, so long as they inform the organizers about the changes as early as possible, either by individual communication or press advisement. 
Insurance & Liability: Delegates are advised to obtain Insurance cover against all risks.
Binding Terms of Contract: The submission of the registration form duly signed by an authorized officer of the applicant company shall be deemed as confirmation of participation and acceptance of these terms of contract by the delegates. The contract becomes effective as soon as the Organizers have confirmed the participation to the applicant. Dispute if any, will be subject to local Jurisdiction.
